Forklift Anti-collision Auxiliary Alarm System
Model: UWB-FAS
Overview: This Forklift Collision Avoidance Warning System utilizes the latest technology of what UWB features in precision standard. This technology is capable of significantly reducing the risk of avoiding collision especially between moving vehicle and pedestrian in working spaces. Whilst the system is measuring the distance at all time, it simultaneously creates an invisible barrier to actively detect forklifts or pedestrians who exists in a hazardous area of each to reduce the likeliness of collision event. Our system features both audible and visual warning, it also has a adjustable caution range between 0.1m ~100m, which in all increases the compatibility in different occasion and environment.
There are 3 main components consists in this system:
Static Siren (Static): Suitable for deployments at entrances and exits. Detects nearby forklift that is approaching.
Forklift Siren (Dynamic): Suitable for vehicles. Detects nearby forklifts equipped with a siren and pedestrian who wears a tag.
TAG (Dynamic): Suitable for pedestrians. Detects nearby forklifts equipped with a siren and pedestrian who wears a tag.

In the event of a forklift approaching siren at entrance/ exit/ corners:
● UWB Audible LED beacon - Fixed (SL90) reacts to UWB Audible LED beacon - Forklift (SL90F). Both devices have visible and audible alert.
● Two or more UWB Audible LED beacon - Forklift (SL90F) reacts to each other whilst generating visible and auible alerts.
● When UWB Audible LED beacon - Fixed (SL90) and UWB Audible LED beacon - Forklift (SL90F) are apart after a specific range, the alert will be disabled*.
* Detection range are adjustable from 1 to 100 meters to accommodate versatile scenarios

● CARD TYPE(UTAG - 9056), WATCH TYPE (UTAG - H04), HELMET TYPE (UTAG - 5136), ADVANCED HELMET TYPE (UTAG - 7351) generates and audible and haptic feedback to the carrier.
● UWB Audible LED beacon (UTAG - SL90F) reacts to the TAG and generate a rotating visual alert with warning tone; If UWB LED beacon (UTAG - 7045F) is select, a strobing visual alert with audible warning tone can be observed.
● Two or more UWB Audible LED beacon(SL90F) reacts to each other whilst generating visible and auible alerts.
● When UWB Audible LED beacon(SL90) and UWB Audible LED beacon(SL90F) are apart after a specific range, the alert goes off automatically*.
* Detection range are adjustable between from 1 to 100 meters to accommodate versatile scenarios

Summary of Case：
For the case of installing an anti-collision system on crane truck or other heavy-duty vehicle, it is recommended to have the front and back end of the vehicle to equip with the sound and light devices. While it is best to have sound and light alarm devices installed at the front (UTAG-SL90F), the back is recommended to install UWB-04F (Waterproofing)or UTAG-SL90F. This device installed at the back will sense any nearby personnel carrying a TAG, and transmit a signal through a wired a cable to warn the driver (A green light will be displayed) when someone is behind the vehicle.
● If this system is installed inside the cockpit, it is suggested to purchase SL90F (red outer case) , while SL90F will be connect to UWB-04F at the back, to alert the driver when TAG devices in range are approaching from behind.

Summaryof case:
The action of the fixed alarm when a forklift is approaching to a set distance (preset at 10 meter)will be:
● Fixed alarm(UTAG-SL90,standard)and forklift alarm(UTAG-90F,standard)will alert with light and sound effect; If it is forklift TAG (UTAG-7045,optional),then will alert with LED flash ligh.
● When a forklift is getting closer to another forklift,they will both alert with sound and light effect alarm or LED flash light.
● When forklift passed by the fixed alarm and exceeds the set distance,the alert system of both the fixed alarm and forklift alarm will automatically turn off.
● The set distance could range between 1 to 100 meters(to be set by the user),the preset distance is 10m.
